Phacolite is a lens-shaped variety of chabazite that has a unique shape due to twinning/multiple twinning of rhombohedrons. Originally described from Ceská Lípa (Böhmisch Leipa), Ústí Region, Bohemia (Böhmen; Boehmen), Czech Republic
